Thatβs not free choice, but rather a decision forced by oppression.
Since July is #DisabledPrideMonth, whether you personally engage in mutual aid or not, now is a good moment to stop and just observe how many people are in need of help due to #disability, especially in the US
Because under capitalized medicine, weβre all one illness (or less) away from a disaster
So, y'know, y'all enjoy all that privileged white man grandstanding about reusable electronics, saving lithium, & not using cars.
But behind the scenes? that dude is not safe for vulnerable individuals.

I'm pretty convinced part of the reason this person deleted his OG Twitter was so I would be unable to collect proof of him acting abusively towards me in DMs when I asked to educate him.

In 2023, I got tone policed, gaslit, and generally belittled about my identity by someone y'all just love to keep in community.
There was never even an apology.

I actually go a couple of weeks without spending a dime ALL THE TIME, and it never matters because I AM POOR and society looks down on me for *that* instead.

I'd also note that the staff's DIRECT fumbles regarding member concerns are what led to 3,000 working class, poverty wage individuals losing their jobs entirely & permanently.
But that's all ok because the people making 6+ figures are the ones who actually know what's best for the rest of us.

But the tiniest part of me is also still slightly bitter at how I was introduced to these models 3yrs ago at my former job, expressed public concern & even tried to rally folks against it. I gave interviews about it!

Some of the most insulting things ever said to me about #adopted people were from folks who I thought were my friends.
Don't claim you care about being educated if you're only going to tone police, hurl insults, and gaslight when getting called in about harmful behavior.
Oh and it's people you'd never expect a good portion of the time.
State + privately funded purchasing and selling of children is a critical tool of cultural genocide but you wanna play house so badly with somebody else's kid that #adoption gets a pass in too many "leftist" circles.

Managed to get that pallet partially broken down and a little bed made up, even threw some herb seeds down.
