last night at the stones concert i sat next to an absolutely plastered old woman who rambled at me about her trials and tribulations for like 45 straight minutes before the show. next to her was her daughter, who was breastfeeding *her* 5-year-old daughter. just a little scene setting for you

the band was great. jagger is still very much jagger, tons of energy, absolute goat. the acoustics in the upper reaches of SoFi are, unfortunately, utter diarrhea, which hampered the experience somewhat. i will probably never see a concert there again, unless it is free, like this one was
