The thing that gets me about these polls is that everyone not named Joe Biden (and maybe Kamala Harris) might as well be "generic Democrat" for most people in this country
Couple things.
First, the Democratic nominee for POTUS is going to be the current POTUS. Joe Biden. If it isn't Joe Biden, then it will be the current VP, Kamala Harris.
And the thing is, the clown discussion of other names? They're really not stronger...
Every one of these people has personal weaknesses that we just don't know about yet and since they didn't run in the primary we'd be finding out when Republicans attacked them
(I think this is might be what OP meant, so I guess this is me saying "yeah, I agree")
