I love this.
When I adopt a pet, I take it as a responsibility.
When Random turned out to have bad brain chemicals, I kept him and loved him because I knew no one else would put up with him. He was my special boy who spent 16 years on my lap.
Miss Ginny is a little under the weather today (yes, I have contacted the vet), so I don't have a #GinnyStaresAtMe photo from today. This is from a couple of years ago when I had some plaster and paint work done, which is why the bookshelf is empty.

Trying to come up with other settings for #GinnyStaresAtMe photos. Got this one earlier today.
She has very specific hangouts, and yes, the shower seat is one of them.
My absolute favorite #GinnyStaresAtMe photo.
She was about 3 months old, I'd had the kittens only about a month. I opened the bathroom door and there was ANGRY LITTLE VOID glaring at me.
I later learned that's just her RBF. She wasn't actually angry.
Ginny likes to sit on top of the paper products and pretend to be a gargoyle. It's the highest point in the house, not counting the stairs.

Sometimes I outdo myself.
Of course, it isn't all that creative to put oyster sauce and bulldog on stir fry but it's so delish.
Lamb, shrimp, pineapple, and broccoli over rice.
I should equal post time to Iggy. She's hard to photograph because she rarely sits still except when sleeping, but I love this photo of her looking fierce.
reskeet with a tweet you still think about
There's the "turn into a corncob" and JAIL FOR MOTHER things, but those are obvious. Then I have these two, which work a theme:
Definitely going to make this a regular thing, now with hashtag. I could easily do one a day for the rest of her life.
Taken this morning, shortly after I woke up.

Last one! This was a very, very early photo of Ginny, Iggy, and their sister Abby, when they were kittens at @arookbird.bsky.social 's house. She took this photo.
Point is, she's been like this since she was just a few weeks old.
