I don't think of myself as being particularly familiar with older people, but I do know and work with a number of folks over 70 so I guess I know what getting old looks like. And I find the way that people talk about Biden's definitely visible aging somewhere from troubling to frankly prejudiced.
It will happen to us all, and when we ourselves appear more frail and aged than we used to we may still be quite capable. And in those years we will desire much more grace from our peers than many are offering Biden today.
