After 7m of being so seized up by my new rheumatoid arthritis that I couldnt dress myself, it has subsided so that I can walk a few kms now
I'm on hols and I've averaged 11k daily over the last 5 days.
And both my big toenails have gone black and fallen off which is why I'll never have nice things
