ive seen a few timelines that dont do that, but you probably have to go to reddit and look for them specifically. algorithms wont favor that kind of stuff i think. and obviously nowhere near as many timelines where the person doesnt end up with perfect/noticeably improved hair
also, anecdotally i had some minor issues with my own hairline (nothing noticeable to most people, just me) and i noticed today it was starting to get fixed.
