PhD viva- Pass with minor corrections! This is good. 3 months to sort them, shouldn’t take that long, most of it is chapter one which I kind of knew about. Not a doctor yet but soon 🤞 My supervisor tells me it was a very thorough viva and has gifted me Prosecco. 🎓🍾

Excitement! Our new EP Adventures in Capitalism is coming out in early December with a limited white label vinyl release with our friends the lovely All Will Be Well records. Exclusive first play of lead track “The Nail” On Colin Spencer tomorrow!

Oh joy, another educational revolution, we haven’t even got T levels off the ground yet. Don’t get me wrong some version of the IBACC is a good idea IMO but this isn’t the (well understood) IBACC and will be poorly implemented and massively disruptive. Again.

Keep seeing think pieces about “a once great party” and “The mask has slipped”. They were never great. There was never a mask. They were always like this. Corrupt, venal, self serving, incompetent.

So. We are out of action on the gig front for a month or so due to studio (aka spare room) remodelling (aka sorting the heating) but we may have some VERY EXCITING NEWS about our upcoming EP.

So, about this, the same guy had a youtube video called "Autopilot saves model S" where the autopilot had noticed a truck sideswiping him and got out the way. I guess that's why he overtrusted it. I only know this because someone in Oxford wrote an avant garde opera about it which I went to see.
