One of the best parts of spring is the arrival of new life. I recently had a chance to watch these young foxes come out and greet their mother with excitement as she arrived with a fresh meal. #wildlife #foxes 🦊

More often that not, when I find a Great Grey Owl, they are sitting on a fence post along a country road. So, it was nice to find one sitting on a broken tree in the woods last night. Always nice to capture a bit of a different look and feel than the usual photo. #birds 🪶

Greetings to all of the newcomers! I'm Tim and I spend most of my time here posting my wildlife photos. Would love to connect with more people with a love for wildlife, nature and conservation. 🦊

Seemed my timing was good this day as I've been back a few times and haven't seen the Short-Eared Owls again. 🪶

One of the owl species that I had yet to get a decent photo of until this past weekend was the Short Eared Owl. This beauty had just caught a meal and thankfully paused long enough for me to capture a photo. #wildlife 🪶

I'm not usually a fan of branches in my subject's face, but I actually kind of like the way these ones frame the Great Grey Owl's face. 🪶

My journey down country roads led me to this beautiful Great Grey Owl earlier today. 🪶
