Love when the screen at the gate says boarding starts in 15 minutes and the airline app says the incoming flight won't land for 25 minutes. Just lying for no reason
Can see where someone thought people'd rather have incorrect information than just "pending" or something, but I agree, why the hell would bullshit be preferable? And the incongruity between the airline's app and the airline's signage, like they've not getting information from the same source?
