forget about packing the Supreme Court or impeaching justices; just ban them from getting married and you'll take a lot of the worst actors out of the equation
if we amended the constitution tomorrow to make married people ineligible to be Supreme Court justices we'd have a nicely streamlined two-member court consisting of Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor
