Like what is the limit here? Since the Supreme Court said that forgiving student debt was illegal, can Joe Biden OFFICIALLY ORDER to cancel student debt now?

Which is basically how suits against government actions work anyway. Sovereign immunity says you can’t sue the president, so you’d have to sue the treasury secretary for following the order.
