Robert’s name should ring with infamy in our written history. Of course, that’s assuming that it is recorded with accuracy. Sadly, I can envision red state American history books whitewashing the damage the Republican SCOTUS has done to our Democracy.
One line from Roberts’s immunity opinion was particularly galling: “Our dissenting colleagues exude an impressive infallibility,” Roberts wrote of Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson.
