Recent PEACE initiatives vis-a-vis Russia are better spelled PIECE initiatives:
A piece of Moldova in 1992, two pieces of Georgia in 2008, three pieces of Ukraine in 2014, now four more pieces of Ukraine, and perhaps, soon additional pieces of Kazakhstan, Estonia, Belarus, etc.
Oh yes, the West dearly wants to reward Putin again, and encourage other autocrats, too. Russian roulette is so much more fun with four rounds chambered!
