this is brilliant. going to try this and also maybe soaking the wood chips in apple juice or maybe applesaucemy spray bottle labelled “apple juice” is raising a lot of questions already answered by the bottle this is my pal's, used it on some burnt ends in his smoker, or maybe this was for the brisket, or the wood--whatever he used it for it was tremendous! He was just spraying it in his mouth when nobody was looking "one for the pork, one for me..."
