I'll probably think of something obvious after posting this, but here's my three: 1. Eliminate zoning (except some industrial) 2. Either nationalize rail infrastructure or privatize/toll (most) highways, giving them equal treatment. 3. Establish ranked choice voting and STV for all elections.

1. Dissolve HOAs. 2. 100% estate tax above the million-dollar mark or so. 3. Restore the borders of the Cherokee Nation to those agreed to in 1775.
