In my experience if people know where this place is there is at least a 75% chance it happens to also be the first place they smoked weed. How long has this been in place? This is what we need from Langford Park to Energy Park Drive to connect to the Transitway. The tunnel's been there since at least the mid-70s, when I was a kid. (It was never this well-lit, which is why I avoided it like the plague.)
