Same here. 72YO and I still remember how sick I was with measles. I've always felt grateful that I didn't come out of it blind, mentally disabled, otherwise with lifelong health problems as a result.
Great that Trump and the GOP are now all in on cancelling mandatory vaccination… Make America sick again!
I don't recall measles but I remember how my throat hurt with mumps. My mom gave me a children's chewable aspirin and told me it would help but I had to wait a little while for that to occur. I was 6, it was in 1965. A first memory of being sick.
