My SO made this amazing dish - GF fettuccine with EVOO, Dolin Rouge Vermouth, garlic and chix stock sauce. Blue Oyster mushrooms and red wine & garlic Berkshire pork sausage from Farmer's Mkt. Spinach too. I did some prep but she did the work AND made Basil and Gin Cocktails ❤️🍜🍽️

Trader Joe's fresh GF pasta is the bomb. You can actually enjoy the dish without pausing to think "this is pretty good for GF pasta"
