I knew my folks had a lot of dishes and serving pieces that looked like cabbage leaves but it is a bit ridiculous. (These are all in the current auction, link earlier in thread.)

Picture from when they were gathering things together out at the house.

What collections your parents amassed, Laurel Amazing And so much work to dispose of 🤦‍♀️; you were very smart to hire an auction house, regardless of what they charge I hope you do well from the auction 🤙🏼

I gave a few pieces of cabbageware, nothing close to their collection

Thanks. Yeah, it’s a bit ridiculous how many different collections they had. I look at the 300 lots in this auction and the 160 or so in the previous auction and think about how much stuff there still is to deal with. So. Much. Stuff. (They really enjoyed their hobbies though.)

So this is the second auction? How many more will you need to have, do you think?

Sounds like a prodigious job, Laurel really agree you had no other way to accomplish the job How big is the lake house?

We received an enormous, very heavy metal leaf-shaped tray as a wedding gift. We don’t entertain so I gave it to a sister-in-law who does. It was pretty useless.

I have never used that site before and a lot of things look neat. Is there a walk threw on how to use it?

It looks like this page has info: https://www.k-bid.com/page/NewUser And at the bottom of each auction listing in my folks’ auction there are details on inspection time, removal times, shipping, etc.
