I am grateful. I live in a condo high rise with 378 units. We have a staff of 25, that includes door people, maintenance, janitors, garage staff and building mangers
They all have assigned functions. Day or night they are not too busy to come up and open a stubborn jar for me.
One more option; Use an old dull dinner knife & slip the blade end under the edge of the lid & gently twist/pry up to break the seal. I've also used a bottle opener, but they can be too thick. Once the seal is broken, the lid just twists off.
