I just logged in for my daily dose of depressing job searching and all the "AI editor" jobs are disappearing without a trace. Is nature healing? Maybe they’re learning that people aren’t enthused about being paid less to do a worse job I don't have a lot of faith that they've learned anything tbh. Hope they're shitting themselves though Honestly, that would suffice I mean what editor wouldn’t love fact checking every single assertion in an article because literally anything in it could be made up? This was the exact same bullshit hype cycle as blockchain. They've learned nothing. Not one thing. But at least a whole lot of journalists lost their livelihoods in an election year!
