I clicked over to the Times to see whether Biden or Chevron would get top billing, I am honestly baffled by Jan 6 getting it. Political drama uber alles I guess

I should start an alt for purely NYT complaining, I'm sure y'all are tired of it

The language is also interesting, WaPo uses the factual "justices strike down" while NYT goes with "prosecutors overstepped"
