like I can sort of follow the logic thread in thinking sculpture is the primitive precursor to pencil drawing because in their head sculpture = rocks (not true obvs)
the the sign painter vs pencil artist has me completely baffledβ¦like people who primarily work in pencil donβt hate paint?β¦.and why Sign painters???
and generally people who specialise in one medium still know how to use the other because itβs part of fundamentals, and usually pencils is your entry point for learning
