There's nothing in that text which demonstrates Missouri's standing to bring suit.

And this matters now because ... ?

I'm a member of the Supreme Court bar. I'm asking you why, in 2024, you still think it's a barrier here.

I'm still waiting for an explanation...from anyone who's studied law...for how a state may sue another state over a court order issued against an individual.

His answer matters. He, unlike the rest of us, is not bound by precedent.

So what you’re really saying, by avoiding any answer to the question, is that you honestly don’t know.
