Theo in Arlington: Independence Day is one of my fav holidays, both for the meaning and the fireworks. But I've been very social the past few days and my battery is drained. I may just stay in & read unless there's a spot w/o crowds I can get in-and-out easily to watch fireworks.

Hardly anyone along the river. (Just rode through on way home. Expected crowds, but a comparative ghost town)

Thx but I think I'll be staying in and watching a fireworks livestream. 🔋0%.

There's a reason why Nam and I stay in and watch the fireworks on TV.

I'll be honest - the actual "reason" is more of a "you're supposedly not allowed to have booze at the fireworks and there are no bathrooms anyways" but it works well with our "we don't like crowds"
