starter packs/lists COULD have been built with consent as a driving principle, where people could accept invitations to be in a list before showing up (& withdraw consent at any time)
... but that's not how bluesky did it
Yeah I deleted it because I realized it looked like I was describing how it actually does work, not how it COULD work if they cared about consent and privacy
