The past 4 yrs' of streamflow deficit in California-Nevada...Central Calif watersheds caught up to long-term normal ACCUMULATIONS (or close to it); elsewhere not so much. [HCDN is USGS's collection of stream gages on minimally managed/upstream-impacted watersheds, so these are unmanaged flows.]
