I learned recently when, Bored at work, I flipped to the back page of the catalog and saw an insane “message from the owner” ranting about kids these days and the devils grass.

A buddy of mine applied there after college and said, even in the application process, they get ~really~ weird about religion. He's super Catholic and was still very put off by it. Whatever they do probably skirts the edge of fair employment law while still making known who they don't want there.

Oh god, I interviewed at their HQ a few years ago. I've never walked into a place and like...felt something before. It was like how people describe gut feelings when they walk into a murder house or something, but the corporate version. That HQ was uncanny af.

Crap, my work buys so much from them. What artists buy is prob insignificant compared to my work. I feel like to be effective, people need petition city council members to ban business with companies that sponsor hate groups - because of competitive bidding, that’s the only way we wouldn’t buy them

Is if there was a city ordinance banning doing business with them. (There’s precedent for it, they blocked business with the companies that built the prototypes for Trump’s border fence, for instance.)

Yeah, they’re ubiquitous. I know there are alternatives, but I see Uline stuff pretty much everywhere that ships anything.
