How were the expansions for Carcassonne?

Middling!! We didn't want to fuck with learning whatever the deal is with the Count, but we went ahead with the king/robber expansion plus the River II and it was real fun. Really changed up our gameplay and strategy.

Well that's a bit disappointing. Glad it at least changed your tactics, but I guess Carcassonne is Carcassonne lol.
