@jbouie.bsky.social hit a lot of these points on his column. He was trying to call attention to the same things. It really is crazy how a slight change in wording without any deeper look has been the predominant choice in coverage.

That’s the only good hard news headline on it!

All the numb nuts advocating for this have zero medical background. So what makes these twats think they know what’s best. There will be lawsuits when they favour the fetus over the mother, then, due to complications, the mother dies & so does the fetus because it won’t survive outside the womb.

More bat shit craziness from the right. I’d like to know how the fuck a fetus, that can’t survive on its own, has more rights than the mother.
