Over the weekend, I found a tiny pink plastic shoe on the ground near my office. I placed it at eye level, on a wooden post, by the stairs. This morning, on that same post, was this picture.

I’m unashamedly parasocial with my podcasts. I openly admit that I have outsourced ‘having mates’ to them sometimes. It gets so bad that I often avoid episodes with guests because, on some level, I’m like, “You brought a STRANGER to OUR hang!? NOT COOL ‘bunch of improv people from Chicago’!!”
