If you put in "Florida higher education" in "The Free Press" you would have zero idea that the state has passed laws that censor speech there. And why would you. Weiss et al provided the script for the Stop Woke Act.

Doesn't it depend on the contract's wording signed by the full-time staff? Contracts are everything. Also, isn't it illegal for an employer or anyone else to attempt to prevent a witness of fact from testifying under a subpoena? Florida needs to focus and vote these fascists out!!

All of that should be irrelevant as these laws are prevented by the Constitution. Of course Republicans have shown they have no interest in upholding the Constitution.
