First time making a meringue (I think?) and first time using a piping bag. I piped them too large but I like the consistency and they small awesome (coffee flavored). I did the simple method. No hot sugar syrup. I already used enough bowls.

The question is should I do it the easy way or actually make the hot syrup mixture?

America sucks but this was good.

Threw together a peach cobbler using canned peach and it slaps. It’s hard to mess up a cobbler.
