NHL refs (and player safety for “missed” infractions) have been horse shit. The no-calls and missed calls across *all* games are bad. Case in point: McDavid instigated the entire game 3 incident and nothing happened. Hyman cut a player with a cross check to the head! Nothing. Umm… wtf??

/2 Here is the TLDR: SB4 is wildly unconstitutional; the 5th Cir. Is lawlessly pretending that there is doubt about SB4 so TX can enforce SB4; SCOTUS is deeply irresponsible by allowing the 5th Cir. to get away with this; and the damage will be done even when SCOTUS comes to its senses.
