There’s a reason why victims confided in Bree and Salty— none of you. If you think this level of vitriol against rape culture on an internet forum is unacceptable you are never getting your socialism or whatever you fantasize. Getting what you want is going to be incomprehensibly more uncomfortable.
A shocking amount of those who identify heavily with the left bought into a cultural narrative that they would get to hold power over others once they grew up & merely are outraged that adulthood has not made good on that promise in reality
They want no systemic change, only to personally be on top
