today is my NINETEEN YEAR anniversary working at my local library In honor of that, I ask you to get a card to your local public library today! If you ALREADY have a card to your local public library, check out their digital resources! Their summer programs! And yeah, they have books too.

Our most recent cards have been essentially digital. I feel like I'm missing out now.

I'd say most of the time I use the phone app (for requests) but when I do use the card, the process is also a very "digital" experience -- it just needs to be in the vicinity of the scanner, which also picks up the items I'm checking out. No need to individually scan things. But it's VERY pretty
