If someone's trying to be helpful by pointing out a problem, a good thing to do is to call them a liar. After all you wrote that FAQ years ago and there's no way it's not still 100% perfectly accurate.

Driving on an empty tank, I remember my grandpa used to admonish me for that by saying "the top half of the tank works just as well as the bottom half".

Only days away from Independence Day. Independence from WHAT? Unelected dictators? Oops. Guess not. Just independence from the specifically British dictator. All other dictators welcome, now!

What's the "check" on Supreme Court overreach? Well, Congress-- they can legislate more specific laws the SC can't override, or they can expand the Court and add more Justices. Will they do either? No, of course not. There's no functioning check at all.
