Biden’s talking too quickly & it's triggering his speech impediment since he's trying to cram so many facts into his answers. Biden needs to back off the lightning talking points. His hoarseness is not helping, but he does better when he slows down. Neither moderator is challenging Trump’s BS.

Everything about Biden tonight makes him look like his nurse needs to put him to bed. Trump has him on his heels.
