I really want just one MLS team to build a soccer specific stadium that seats 40k, no more, no less, with a natural grass pitch at the proper field width and length. It'd be the cathedral for American Soccer.

You're gonna have to humor me here for a second: I'm realizing today how significantly my Celtics fandom has influenced my analysis of this generation of USMNT'ers. The narrative about this Celtics group has been that they've underachieved by not winning a title (until this year hopefully) 1/

Having moved into STP from MPLS this year, I thought I'd take the kids to one of the Winter Carnival parades yesterday. Primary thought today... Who are the Vulcans, why misspell "krewe", and why do I hope they fail spectacularly to overthrow the King?

You losers may have decided that this isn’t the new Minnesota state flag, but that just means that it gets to be the official flag of Sam’s northwoods cabin. Which is not in Minnesota anyway, so everybody wins. Especially me.
