Shades of “the oceans are full of plastic, don’t use a straw” and “the atmosphere is full of carbon, don’t eat a steak” and “it’s getting too hot, don’t drive a car” but never “stop making single use plastics, paving the planet, and flying around in private jets.”

Yep. Never "40% or more of the plastic in the ocean is discarded nets"

Oh, and don't forget the part where residential electricity rates subsidize artificially low business rates in the first place.

But they'll get several minimum wage maintenance job out of it and big campaign contributions. Win-win.
