The Target self-checkout thing is wild to me. I have at least 6 Targets within 45 mins drive, but the one I go to most is in an urban but economically disadvantaged area. It was the last of the 6 (surprise, surprise) to get the redesign they've all been going through. They just finished recently. 1/
