Found Sumner in Orcus because of this and my, what an utterly wonderful book. Thank you for writing it @tkingfisher.bsky.social It might be a new favourite. It feels like home. Like some of Pratchett does, during hard hard times.

I reread the first three Saint of Steel books by @tkingfisher.bsky.social in prep for #4 coming out, which meant I had to reread Swordheart which meant I had to reread the Clockwork Boys and anyway now I've nearly finished Summer in Orcus via Nine Goblins and I am feeling Much Better.
