i wonder if they're bringing up stuff he did in the white house so now they can try to get the case halted and tossed on the "official act' immunity the gang of six just made up yesterday
He's also using it for crimes he commited after he was president too, so I don't think he thinks the exact timing of the crimes matters, just as long as he remains immune to any and all consequences for all his actions.
