Most pundits thought Le Pen and her far-right coalition would take over today. The polls just closed in France, and it’s clear they were soundly beat. It’s almost like the pundit class does a lot of talking out of their ass.

I got a pretty bad feeling this doesn't stop with President Biden. If he were to drop out, I feel like we'd see a deluge of media criticism for Vice President Harris or Gov. Whitmer or Gov. Newsom or Sec. Buttigieg or any other Democrat while Trump gets a pass. Call it a hunch.

Lots of handwringing and anxiety and frustration, and that's understandable. But after everything I've seen this week--not to mention everything before this week--I'm quite confident that if we put in the work that we did in 2020, we're gonna be just fine. I believe in us.

Stop doomscrolling. Watch a movie. Eat a tasty meal. Read a fun book. Go for a nice walk. Play that stupid game on your phone. Find joy where you can. I promise you these problems will be here tomorrow.

Pretty goddamn wild for the Supreme Court to give the president the powers of a king just three days before July Fourth.

Ain't nothing changed for me in the past several days, folks. I firmly believe Pres. Biden is the best person to beat Trump, and I have no doubt he will. Time for folks to move on, rally together, get focused, and go win this fight for the soul of democracy.

President Biden and Vice President Harris will be formally renominated in August and then reelected in November, and when that happens, you can thank every organizer and volunteer across the country for keeping the faith through all this bullshit.

I firmly believe President Biden is the best person to beat Trump, and it pisses me off that ageism and ableism are driving more concern than a felon and rapist who constantly lies while so many reporters and pundits just shrug their shoulders in response. Ludicrous.

Listen, NYT, it's real simple: when I'm entering someone's home, and they ask me to take off my shoes, then I take off my shoes. Because it's their home, and I'm a guest in their home. And when you're in someone's home, you respect their home. This isn't a complicated matter.

All labor matters. If your business can't survive without entry-level jobs, then downplaying their importance is not only shameful but completely illogical. Pay folks what they deserve, and stop whining about it being a burden.

It's true that shaving one's legs is a complete pain-in-the-ass, but verily I say unto thee, there are few sensations more delectable than sliding one's freshly-shorn calves into fresh sheets at bedtime.
