Yuuuup. On the technical side of filmmaking, Lucas is unquestionably the most important filmmaker of the last half decade - modern cinema is built on the innovations he and his team pioneered. But he's a shit writer and a mediocre director who absolutely requires mediation from others.

Lucas is a visionary and an amazing idea man but everyone needs someone to rein them in.
