It's 6pm. I'm still in my pajamas and have done nothing but read The Saint of Bright Doors today. It's unputdownable in a way I haven't experienced before and I love everything about it. (I am late to the party, I know.)

Also a great reminder that as well as “run against Trump” worked in 2020, “run against the far right” can potentially work even better in 2024. The reason is SCOTUS. They proved the danger doesn’t stop at Trump.

Any Democrat in these states who doesn’t lean on this hard shouldn’t be in office. It’s a gift.

The opting out is especially wild Like, Republican governors are being actively presented with money to feed kids and affirmatively saying 'I would like children to starve actually' (Also, if I'm a Dem campaigner, I'm making some ads and placing some op eds about this immediately)
