Both can be true.WaPo framing this as Biden is an obstinate old fool when the other guy is a literal felon who tried to overthrow the government. Apparently ppl are stuck in a child's good guy/ bad guy mindset. "We're better than the GOP but why do we have to be held to higher standards!?"
