I’m trying. Keeping busy at work helps, though not all the time. I’ve been having my lunches in a staff quiet room. The grief sneaks up on me sometimes, some good memories can be painful. One day at a time.
Grief is a tricky thing. Even after 15+ years after losing my dad, there are moments where it still hits me like it was yesterday.
You're still so fresh in the grieving process.
I wish there was something I could say that would make it all better, but there are no magic words.
