Wait, so can the vice president yell fire in a crowded theater now or nah? What if they do it, kill the president, and then pardon themselves? That could be an official act

A SCOTUS justice used it as an example of potentially illegal speech but it’s never been more than a metaphor. Like, if there actually is a fire in the theater it’s probably a good thing to point out.
